Spring Green is a complex of medium density brick condominium units designed as both speculative and as custom designed residences targeted at an upper end residential market. High quality materials and amenities are used throughout including travertine marble foyers, large entry halls, 9-ft high ceilings, crown moldings, walk-in closets, wet bars, Master Bedroom Suites, wood shuttered windows, extensive landscaping and landscape lighting, cedar decks, main floor laundry facilities, granite countertops, 2-car garages, etc. The architectural theme hints at an adjacent English Tudor style mansion incorporating a variety of roof pitches, asymmetrical composition, garden courts, stacked windows, arched windows, expressive-tandem fireplace stacks with clay pot chimney caps, corbeled brick detailing, tile inserts, decorative wrought-iron railings precast concrete detailing and other decorative flourishes giving Spring Green a rich and cohesive identity, with diversity and individual expression.
