Guinan Residence

This project involved the design of a large Family Room addition to the backside of an eclectic French Rural styled house. The new addition provides soaring ceiling heights for balcony outlooks from the existing second story rooms above.  A multitude of windows allow an abundance of natural light to bathe the interior.  A fireplace anchors the room and French doors provide access to a new patio area.  Construction materials match existing.
